By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Service.

Sign a Contract:
- Full name (and co-buyer name, if applicable)

- Phone number
- Mailing address (street, city, state/province, postal code, country)
- Date of birth (for identity verification, if required)
Submit Proof of Sterilization:
- Your name and email address
- Pet name and microchip number
- Veterinary clinic information
- Uploaded documents (vet attestation forms, invoices, appointment confirmations)
- Comments or notes you provide
Request a Deadline Extension:
- Reason for extension request
- Requested new deadline
- Supporting documentation
Contact Us:
- Name and email address
- Subject and message content
2.2 Information from Your Breeder
Your breeder provides us with information necessary to create your contract, including your name, email address, pet details (name, breed, microchip number, date of birth), and contract terms (sterilization deadline, sale price).
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
When you use our Service, we automatically collect:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device information
- Pages visited and time spent
- Referring website
2.4 Identity Verification
If your contract requires identity verification, you may be asked to provide a government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, or ID card). This verification is processed by our third-party provider, Stripe Identity, and we receive only verification status (verified/not verified) and the name on the document. We do not store copies of your ID documents.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide our Service: Process contract signing, track sterilization compliance, and handle proof submissions
- Communicate with you: Send contract-related notifications, deadline reminders, and submission confirmations
- Verify your identity: Confirm you are the authorized signer of the contract
- Share with your breeder: Provide contract status, submission updates, and compliance information
- Contact veterinarians: Verify sterilization completion (only with your explicit authorization)
- Respond to inquiries: Answer your questions and provide customer support

Your Breeder:
We share your contact information, contract status, submission details, and compliance status with the breeder who initiated your contract. This is necessary for the breeder to manage their sterilization program.
Service Providers:
We use third-party services to operate our platform:
- DocuSign: Processes electronic signatures on contracts
- Stripe Identity: Verifies identity documents when required
- Google Maps/Places: Provides veterinary clinic lookup and address autocomplete
- Resend: Sends transactional emails
- Vercel: Hosts our platform and stores uploaded files
Veterinary Clinics:
If you authorize us to contact your veterinarian to verify sterilization, we will share your name, pet information, and contact details with the clinic.
Legal Requirements:
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
